Deliverables

The Socializers will deliver the services as mentioned in the plans. While organic marketing allows building up brand awareness and image, it takes time and investment, and The-Socializers does not give a guarantee of procuring top rankings at all times. 

 

Payments and Refunds

All payments in full have to be made upfront. No cancellation after the first three days of the start of the program. Estimated Ad Spend Budget is to be paid by the Client Up-front.  GST@18% over the basic charges applicable. In case of eligible refunds, the client's money will be refunded within a period of 15 days to the original payment method. 

 

Disputes Resolutions

Any disputes need to be settled within Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and India court jurisdictions.
